Contact details, professional background, education and licensure information, passport status indicators, preferred locations, resumes you upload, district staffing needs, and newsletter emails.

How we use information

To evaluate and match educator candidates with school district partners, respond to inquiries, operate our talent network, improve our services, and send the Workforce Brief when you subscribe.

Sharing

We share candidate information with school districts and vetted service partners (for example immigration or licensing counsel) only as needed to pursue placements you have engaged us for. We do not sell personal information.

Retention & security

We retain records as long as needed for recruitment operations and legal obligations. Resumes and form data are stored on secured systems with access limited to authorized Anthem PB personnel.
